The Birth of Jesus in a Manger

When Caesar Augustus ordered a census, Joseph and Mary went from Nazareth to Bethlehem. While they were there, Mary gave birth to her firstborn son, wrapped him in cloths, and placed him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn. The Son of God, the King of kings, was born in the most humble of places—a stable!
