Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. Children may use the service only through a parent or legal-guardian account.

You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Description of the Service

FaithSow is an AI-assisted Bible storybook platform for children ages 0-12. It provides curated Bible stories, daily verses, character study, parent guides, reading-progress tracking, and parental controls.

We may add, modify, or remove features. Material changes that adversely affect paid subscribers will be communicated in advance.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

We offer the following commercial items (all prices in USD; local-currency equivalent shown in-store):

• Monthly Subscription: USD 9.99 / month, auto-renewing.
• Yearly Subscription: USD 99.99 / year, auto-renewing.
• Single Story Unlock (Featured): USD 1.99, non-consumable, permanent unlock.
• Single Story Unlock (Standard): USD 0.99, non-consumable, permanent unlock.

Auto-renewing subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the next renewal. Manage and cancel subscriptions in the platform you purchased on:

• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions.
• Web: Settings → Billing.

Free trials, if offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4. Refunds

App-store-mediated transactions (Apple, Google) are subject to those platforms' refund policies; we do not control them. To request a refund, contact the platform directly.

Web purchases through Stripe may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if the content has not been substantially accessed, or where required by applicable consumer-protection law.

Single Story Unlocks become non-refundable once the story is opened, except where statutory rights apply.

For any payment dispute, please email support@faithsow.com first; we will work in good faith to resolve it.

5. License and Restrictions

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute substantial portions of stories, illustrations, or audio.
• Use the service for commercial republication or training third-party AI models.
• Share account credentials or circumvent authentication.
• Upload illegal, abusive, or copyright-infringing content (where uploads are enabled).
• Interfere with the security or integrity of the service.

6. Intellectual Property

All story scripts, illustrations, voiceovers, and the FaithSow brand are owned by FaithSow Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

Bible quotations follow publicly available or duly licensed translations. We acknowledge each translation's copyright holder where applicable.

You retain ownership of any content you upload (where uploads are supported), and grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it solely to operate the service.

7. User Conduct and Suspension

You agree to use the service respectfully and in compliance with applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose security, legal, or community-safety risks. Where appropriate and feasible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE'. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaithSow Studio's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or (b) USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in such cases, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold FaithSow Studio harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. Upon deletion, your access ends and your data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution) will survive termination.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

We first invite you to resolve disputes informally by contacting legal@faithsow.com. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 60 days, it will be finally settled by binding arbitration administered in Singapore, in English, under the rules of the local arbitration center, except where consumer law provides otherwise.

You may also bring claims in the small-claims court where you reside, to the extent that court has jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
